Terms of Service

Erome.AI is an adult service. You may only create an account and use the service if you are 18 or older, or the age of majority where you are, whichever is higher.

By creating an account you represent, on your own responsibility, that you meet this requirement. A false statement is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

You are also responsible for checking whether accessing adult content is legal where you are. Where it is not, do not use the service.

Erome.AI generates images, videos and conversations with fictional characters using artificial intelligence.

All characters are fictional and depict adults. No real person is depicted. No content on the service is a photograph, film or recording of a real person, and no real person takes part in producing it.

Any resemblance between a generated character and a real person is coincidental, the result of statistical models, and not the intent of the service.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for everything that happens in it.

Access is by email code. Keep access to your email secure: whoever has the inbox has the account.

You may delete your account and all content at any time under Account → Delete my account. Payment records are kept for the period required by law.

•Generate, attempt to generate or request content depicting or suggesting minors, in any context, including through description, age, appearance, clothing or setting.

•Upload an image of a real person as a reference, including yourself, people you know and public figures.

•Create intimate content of any real person without their consent.

•Use the service to harass, threaten, defame or extort anyone.

•Resell, redistribute or present generated content as a photograph or record of a real person.

•Circumvent technical limits, automate access, or attempt to extract the service's models and prompts.

Requests pass through automated filters before and after generation. Blocked content is neither generated nor delivered.

We record the date, IP address and an identifier of every uploaded image, for abuse prevention and legal compliance.

Breaking the rules above results in immediate account termination without refund, and may be reported to the competent authorities. Suspected content involving minors is always reported.

Plans and credits are charged at the price shown before purchase. The amount, currency and billing frequency appear on the payment screen.

Card subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and can be cancelled at any time under Account → Manage subscription.

Pix payments are one-off and do not renew.

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The characters and images you create are yours for personal use, within the rules above.

They are private by default. Only what you choose to publish appears in Explore, and you can unpublish at any time.

By publishing, you allow the service to display that content within the platform. You remain responsible for it.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific result from a generation.

These Terms may change. A material change is announced and takes effect on your next visit; continuing to use the service means accepting the new version.
