Privacy Policy

•Your email, used to sign in and to contact you about the service.

•Your date of birth, declared at signup, to confirm you are of age.

•The characters, images and conversations you create, and your credit balance.

•Technical access data: date, IP address, country, browser and device identifier.

•Order and payment history. Card details never reach us: they are handled directly by the payment processor.

To run the service: identify your account, deliver what you generated and track credits.

To prevent abuse: technical data lets us identify use that breaks the rules, attempts to get around blocks, and serial account creation.

To comply with the law: payment records and image upload records are kept for the required period.

We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to third-party advertising.

We use service providers to run the site: hosting, database, file storage, payment processing and AI image generation. They receive only what is necessary and may not use the data for anything else.

We use audience measurement and advertising tools to understand site usage and measure campaigns. They may receive technical identifiers and, in some cases, a scrambled version of your email that cannot be read back. They never receive the content of your conversations or the images you generate.

We may share data with authorities where there is a legal obligation or suspicion of a crime, particularly involving minors.

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, characters, images and conversations are deleted.

Payment records and the technical data tied to image uploads are kept beyond that, for the period required by law, for tax obligations and abuse prevention.

You can access, correct and delete your data. Account deletion is under Account → Delete my account and is immediate.
