All visual and textual content on Erome.AI is generated by artificial intelligence.

No real person is depicted. No real person takes part in production. There are no performers, models or actors — therefore there are no performer age records to keep, because there is no performer.

All characters are fictional and depict adults aged 18 or over.

This statement applies to all content on the service, including what is published in Explore.

•Any content depicting or suggesting a minor, through appearance, stated age, clothing, setting, language or context. There is no permissive reading here: when in doubt, we block.

•Intimate content of a real person without their consent, including composites made from someone's photo.

•Content depicting sexual violence, coercion or inability to consent.

•Content involving animals.

•Use of a public figure's likeness for sexual content.

Anyone uploading an image declares that it does not depict a real person and that they have the right to use it.

Uploaded images go through automated analysis before any generation. Anything indicating a minor is refused and the attempt is recorded.

We record the date, IP address and an identifier for every uploaded image.

Automated filters act before generation (on the request and the uploaded image) and after it (on the result).

Conversations pass through a safety filter on the way in and on the way out.

A breach results in immediate account termination without refund. Content involving minors is reported to the competent authorities.

Anyone can report content, with or without an account, on the site's report page.

If you are the person depicted in some content, say so in the report: those cases take priority.

Content confirmed as a breach is removed and the account responsible is blocked. Every report is recorded with its date and outcome.
